How to Create a Healthy Routine:
- Figure out where you’re at right now – where do YOU want to start improving your health? What motivates you or excites you? What are you 90-100% confident that you CAN and WILL do?
- Pick 1 (just ONE) habit to work on
- Make your plan – how will this habit fit into your current schedule? Can you link it to a routine that already exists?
- Do it & check in! Do you need to simplify the habit to make it more doable? Did you enjoy it? Try it for 1 week then decide!
- Once you feel comfortable with this habit, pick the next one to keep building your healthy routine.

- Nourishment
- Rest
- Stress Management
- Other (emotional, spiritual, mental fulfillment)
