What about if you’re also struggling because you can’t seem to get ahead of issues like chronic pain and injury? That can make health and fitness feel like a pipe dream. Not only do you not have time to sift through all the info, but you’re fighting your body just to make it through each day.
I get it.
It can be so incredibly overwhelming trying to balance family life, work, and health while creating the healthy, happy life you dreamed of. That life can feel completely out of reach.
But I promise it’s possible! And it is so worth the effort it takes to create that life – because not only are you giving yourself and your family the gift of a healthy, happy life – you’re creating a CULTURE of health that starts with your family, but will inspire generations to come.
You CAN make sense of a healthy life and I’m here to help you do it!
So who am I?
I’m a Health & Fitness Coach, Firefighter’s wife and Mom of 2 wonderful little girls. I’m a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Pre-/Post-natal Coach focused on helping families make sense of a healthy life, no matter what life throws at them.
I live with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome – a disorder where my connective tissues have a hard time holding my bones together – which brings chronic pain and other health challenges.
I have learned to navigate my own health issues, pre-and post-natal life changes, becoming a mom and wife while creating a healthy life I love.
I know I can help you do the same.
Here are a few things you should know about my philosophy:
- Health and fitness are not One-Size-Fits-All. Through access to the right information and the support of a community it is possible to authentically create a healthy and fit lifestyle that works for you and your family.
