- How to create your own workout schedule
- The keys you’ve been missing to create a workout plan you can maintain
How to create your realistic workout routine:
- Write down a list of workouts, activities, and other forms of movement you know you like, or would like to try.
- Take a realistic look at your schedule: When can you find time to exercise? Do you have 5 minutes? 10 minutes? 20 minutes or more?
- Schedule when you plan to exercise – either a specific time or add it in with another routine.
- Make a list of the workouts/activities you want to do for the week. You can add them to specific days, or just pull from your list when it’s time to move depending on what you want to do!
- DO IT! And check in with yourself each day & week to see how it’s going, learn from any obstacles, and plan for the next day/week.
