“I can’t” is a limiting belief
The thoughts you keep thinking become your beliefs which become your reality – whether those thoughts are accurate or not.
So the more you think “I can’t,” the more you create a life where you truly CAN’T.
Flip the script
Recognize every time you make an excuse about why you can’t. Remember that you always have control over how you respond to the obstacles in life.
So what CAN you do?
It doesn’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to take a big step. Just start with the one thing you are 90-100% confident that you CAN do.
Thinking “I Can” helps overcome every obstacle you face
- Consistency
- Fear of failing
- Overwhelm
- Stress
- Anxiety
- Shame
- Motivation
- Not enough time
