Do you wake up still feeling exhausted? Where you need coffee to get you going, then you feel like you have to drag your way through the morning only to need another pot of coffee to try to clear up the brain fog that’s making it hard to focus, hard to be present, hard to do everything you need to do. I have been there. Chronic fatigue was destroying my life. I was tired, cranky and no fun to be around because I was so frustrated that I just couldn’t be the mom, wife and friend that I wanted to be. I didn’t have the energy.
