How Yoga for Hips, Thighs and Core Works
Yoga for Hips, Thighs and Core will start by warming up your muscles and getting your blood flowing. This increases your tight muscles’ access to all the healing nutrients your blood brings. As you begin to use your muscles – strengthening them while taking them through their full range of motion – your mobility will improve.
You’ll be feeling the burn for the first part of the video then we’ll spend some time cooling down. This time allows you to relax which gives your body space to recover from the strength training so you can maximize your results. When your body can experience both the stimulation of exercise followed by calm, your health and results will improve and you will feel amazing.
I personally use this flow any time my legs or hips are feeling extra tight. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or more advanced – you can control the difficulty of this flow.
