After the cooking marathon of Thanksgiving, I’m still avoiding my kitchen. I was dragging my feet on meal planning and grocery shopping so for our first meal this week we went out to one of our favorite restaurants. We rarely ever go out so it was a pretty special treat!
For cooking this week, I just want comfort food. It’s finally feeling like winter since we got our first snow! Not much, but just enough to make a teeny little snowman. That means it’s time to break out the hot cocoa, Green Chile Stew, Miso Ramen, Peasant Bread and Pasta!
I’ve also been wanting to smother everything in Red Chile Sauce so I’m going to be making some yummy Huevos Rancheros and a Vegan Crunchwrap Supreme.
