The April 2020 Meal Plan is FULL of delicious food! This is a long month, so I’ve planned for 5 whole weeks of food. It’s finally warm out which means we’re breaking out the grill and enjoying fresh, healthy food! My oldest kiddo has taken more of an interest in cooking so we’ll be making an actual recipe for lunch once a week so she can help. I’m super excited to be trying out a few new AIP breakfasts and breads, and as always, all the food is family friendly and easy to modify for special diets like AIP and Whole 30.

About the April 2020 Meal Plan
Even though the April 2020 Meal Plan required me to plan for 5 weeks of food, it didn’t take me any longer than normal. If you’ve been struggling to plan meals for your family, grab my One Month Meal Planner Freebie! It will walk you through the easiest method to quickly plan a whole month of meals in just a few minutes.
Want to plan next month’s meals in minutes?
I discovered a method that is a huge time saver, and I LOVE not having to worry about what I’m cooking for a whole month. Grab your own copy of my One Month Meal Planning System by plugging your email in below. It’s totally free so you can get started right away!
In order to limit how much we need to go to the store, I’ll be purchasing as much as I can all at once, then prepping the food to cook it later. So far, I’ve only tried this for 2 weeks ahead of time with produce. Meat is easier since you can portion it out and freeze it. I’ll be using the method that PrepDish teaches. If you haven’t tried PrepDish head over there now for a free 2 week trial!
