The October: Week 2 Meal Plan is getting ready for cooler weather with warming, yet light meals that make good use of all the harvest-fresh fall food available right now.
I planned the October Week 2 Meal Plan over two weeks ago using my One Month Meal Planner method. I wasn’t entirely sure that planning that far in advance would work out. What if I wasn’t in the mood for the meals I’d picked out? But so far, this has been a huge success!
Last week I was practically drooling over the meals I’d picked out and this week it was the same story! And I peeked ahead to next week. Oh yeah – it sounds delicious!
And with everything else going on – cause you know, life happens! – it was such a relief to have this meal plan ready to go! I just needed to link to each recipe and create a grocery list. But that wasn’t too hard since I save and organize all my recipes through my Pinterest Board: Recipes.
