Sausage and Bell Pepper Saute
A perfect quick and easy weeknight meal!
Ingredients
- 24 oz Cooked, Smoked Sausage
- 2 Red Bell Peppers
- 2 Green Bell Peppers
Instructions

Core and cut the bell peppers into 1 to 2 inch chunks.

Slice the sausages into 1/2 inch medallions.

Combine the bell peppers and sausages in a large skillet and sauté on medium-high heat for about 10 minutes until hot and the peppers are tender-crisp.

Serve with Herb and Spice Rice and enjoy!

You could easily make this vegan by substituting a meat-free sausage or your favorite vegan protein!
