For the October: Week 1 Meal Plan we’ve got a few grilled dishes featuring pineapple! It might officially be fall, but it’s still warm so we might as well pretend it’s summer while we can! I’ve also got some warming, fall-flavored dishes for those cooler days coming up.
Last week I shared how I created my meal plan for the next 4 weeks. A couple days ago, I started getting nervous about how well that was really going to work.
See, I had already forgotten what meals I picked for this week and I was thinking about a few meals that sounded really good that I might prefer to have this week.
When I actually looked at this week’s meal plan do you know what? I already put a few of those meals on the plan! And I was practically drooling over the other meals that I’d forgotten about.
This whole meal planning a month at a time thing is still a bit of an experiment, but I have to say I think it’s going to work out! How could Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken Burgers, Huli Huli Chicken, Taco Skillet Dinner and everything else NOT be amazing?
I need to get cooking now!
