Last month, I discovered how to create a one month meal plan. While browsing my favorite food blogs for menu planning ideas, I realized I had a HUGE list of meals. So instead of wasting time every week browsing recipes and then trimming that huge list down into the final meal plan, I put that list to use! I broke it out into a whole month’s worth of meals.
The craziest thing: in no more time than it takes me to plan a SINGLE week of meals – I had a one month meal plan! Whaaat?
I always thought planning out a whole month would be time consuming. Daunting. A task only those hyper-organized moms could possibly do! You know who I mean. Those moms who have whole systems in place for meal planning, cleaning, and Pinterest-perfect kids’ activities. If that’s you – more power to you!
So in case there was any doubt: I am definitely NOT one of those hyper-organized moms. And I created a one month meal plan in less than an hour. I bet you could do it faster, but I really love browsing Pinterest and all my favorite food blogs so…there’s that.
I’m going to challenge you to give this a try.
You can plug in your email below and I’ll send you a Free Monthly Meal Planner that will walk you through the super simple one month meal plan process I use. And if you haven’t gotten the hang of meal planning for a single week and want to try that first, you can use the planner for that too.
Let me know how it goes!
