This week is special because it’s Thanksgiving! Yay! Can’t wait to stuff my face with all that yummy food! But before that we still need to eat for the first half of the week.
I’m hosting Thanksgiving at my house this year so we’re doing a lot of the prep work the day or two before and that means we need loads of fridge space. So the meals I selected for the week are small batches that use up a ton of leftover odds and ends I have floating around in my fridge/freezer/pantry.
