My oldest is getting more and more interested in the process of cooking, so I’ve picked two recipes that she can help me make this week: Well Plated’s Strawberry Jam Bars and 40 Aprons’ Mermaid Popsicles. That’s right! MERMAID POPSICLES! I’m so excited about both of these recipes and I’m really hoping the Strawberry Jam Bars will be a much-needed new option for the girls’ lunches. I can really only make so many PB&J Sandwiches and Quesadillas before they’re burnt out – ya know?
