The September Week 2 Meal Plan is celebrating that it’s late summer, football season has begun and fall is on its way!
While we were in Ohio, we went to First Watch – an amazing breakfast/lunch restaurant. Their Million Dollar Bacon is seriously to die for. I had their Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl. It was so good I would gladly have stuck around for another week to eat my way through the rest of their menu.
Sadly, we are not in Ohio anymore, so I’m going to try to replicate their recipe. I’m sure it won’t be as awesome, but hopefully it will fill the void and get me going for the day!

These fantastically talented ladies had so many amazing looking recipes on their Instagram feed last week that I didn’t have to look anywhere else to create this amazing meal plan for week 2 of September. I also love that virtually all of their recipes are friendly for my diet – or come with directions to easily adapt them to my diet!
