Lemon, Ginger, Turmeric Tea

Drink this tea every morning to stay healthy. And drink it at the first sign of digestive issues or illness to get fast relief.

Servings 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Ginger sliced
  • 1/4 tsp Powdered Turmeric

Instructions

  1. Squeeze juice from 1/4 lemon into your mug, add sliced ginger and turmeric powder

  2. Pour boiling water into mug, stir, and let steep 5 minutes until the ginger and turmeric have settled to the bottom of the mug

  3. Enjoy!
