I’m giving my poor family a break from all the “weird” food I’ve been cooking lately and cooking the tried and true dishes they love. My AIP-friendly meals will be cooked separate. This is going to be an experiment. I’ve tried to select meals that are relatively easy to make so that I can prep ingredients for both meals and whip them up without creating a ton of extra work for me. We’ll see how it goes!
