The March 2020 Meal Plan is perfect for the slightly warmer but not-quite-spring weather we’re having! Plenty of comfort food coupled with fresh flavors to brighten up your plate. And it’s all family friendly and easily modifiable to be elimination-diet, AIP, or Whole 30 friendly!
To create the March 2020 Meal Plan, I looked back at the March 2019 Meal Plans. It’s crazy to think that that’s when I started this whole Elimination Diet adventure! I am so thankful to have found the many resources I’ve used to craft a diet that works for my body AND that tastes good.
And I think I’ve found a pretty stellar balance between cooking foods that keep my body happy and foods that make my family happy. You’ll see in the March 2020 Meal Plan where I’ve noted the tweaks I’m making to recipes for me and my family.
How do you cook for you and your family if you’re following a restricted diet and they aren’t?
