My garden inspired the July: Week 4 Meal Plan. This week we’ll be eating light summer foods that highlight the natural flavors of fresh fruits and veggies. This meal plan will make you believe that healthy eating is absolutely delicious!
I had so much fun coming up with this week’s meal plan because I got to use our garden for inspiration! Our garden is bursting with tomatoes, zucchini, peppers and herbs, so naturally, we’re putting all that bounty to use! One of my favorite summer meals is spaghetti with fresh tomato basil sauce. It’s fast, easy, so delicious and really captures the flavors of summer.
The pesto I made earlier this month was so good that I’m making it again. This time I’m making an elimination diet-friendly pizza using zucchini for the crust and pesto for the sauce!
