Cooking and eating meals that support my family’s health (as well as my own) are a top priority for me.

BUT, I’m kind of tired of spending so much time cooking.
So this year I’m going to be working on simplifying and refining my time spent in the kitchen.
I’ve never been big on meal prepping, but I’ve realized that having more breakfasts, lunches, and snacks prepped and ready to go is something I really need this year.
I’ve been eating too many foods that cause flare ups because of convenience or because I’ve been too lazy to cook.
