The beauty of Food as Medicine” is that the choice to heal and promote health can begin as soon as the next meal.”
The process of taking control of your health and using food as medicine is not an easy one. It goes against everything we’re taught by western medicine doctors and the pharmaceutical companies.
Learning to listen to your body and meet your body’s needs through food will take time and patience. It may cost you money if you choose to hire a coach or find a Naturopathic or Holistic Health Provider. But the improved health and quality of life you will experience will make it oh so worth it.
I’ve spent countless hours researching these materials. It’s been my full time job and my payment has been finally feeling healthy for what seems the first time in my life.
