We are moving right on through the summer! And even though August is still summer, it always starts feeling a bit like fall because of back-to-school season. So for the August 2020 Meal Plan, I’ve got a ton of late-summer recipes that will use all the delicious produce that’s in season! Fair warning: my garden produced close to 40 pounds of tomatoes (off 3 plants?!) so I’m doing a lot of tomato-based recipes this month.
Plus it’s back-to-school time! In my family’s case, we’re sending our oldest off to kindergarten for the first time! Though, because of COVID-19, kindergarten will be happening at home for the time being. BUT I still want to recreate as much of the school experience as possible for her.
Which includes finding a super-cute lunch box for her! I’ve narrowed it down to these (I think).
